Completion Validation Review

Upon completion of a project, the business requested a completion validation review (CVR) for their sustainable energy project. An independent energy expert performed the CVR. The completion validation process includes the following steps:

You inform the BEERECL team about project completion

The independent energy expert examines project completion against the CVR

Construction works are 100%
completed

The project is operating and yielding
benefits of rational energy utilisation

The independent energy expert validates the project completion

The independent energy expert provides the EBRD with a CVR certification
